Getting to Porta, North East Corfu is straight forward.
You will get here if you turn off the main coastal road from Corfu Town to Kassiopi, at the village of Kentroma. The provincial road which climbs the mountain on your left is new and well built.
You can simply set your GPS or follow Google maps bellow to get onto the road north from the airport or Corfu Town.
There is no public transport all the way to Porta. The bus to Kassiopi will only stop along the main coastal road.
If you plan to use your stay as a retreat you might want to skip driving all together. Initially you will need a taxi or a car to get to and from Villa Socrates, both of which can be arranged for you.
